I Lost My NIKKI Device

Modified on Mon, 24 Aug at 1:53 PM

If your NIKKI has been lost, please contact our Customer Service team. To continue using your programs, you will need to purchase a new NIKKI before your existing programs can be transferred.

Lost NIKKI Program Transfer Policy

  • A 7-day inactivity period is required before programs can be transferred from a lost NIKKI.
  • Customers are eligible for one program transfer due to a lost device.
  • Proof of ownership, such as the email address associated with the original purchase, is required.
  • A new NIKKI must be purchased before programs can be transferred.
  • Once the required waiting period has passed and your new NIKKI has been received, our team can provide activation codes for the eligible programs previously loaded on your lost device.

What to Do

  1. Check for your NIKKI.
Because NIKKI is small, check places where it can easily be overlooked, such as your car, gym bag, travel bag, clothing, bedding, or around your home.
  2. Contact Customer Service.
If you believe your NIKKI is permanently lost, submit a support ticket or email hello@wearenikki.com.

    Please include:

    • Your Friendly ID, if available
    • The email address associated with your original purchase
  3. Wait for the 7-day inactivity period.
Our team will verify the device and confirm that the required inactivity period has been met before a program transfer can be completed.
  4. Purchase a new NIKKI.
Programs cannot be transferred without a replacement NIKKI. Once you have purchased and received your new device, contact our team to complete the transfer.
  5. Transfer your eligible programs.
Once the requirements have been met, our team will provide the activation codes needed to load your eligible programs onto your new NIKKI.

How to Find Your Friendly ID

Open the NIKKI Connect app. If your lost NIKKI was the last device connected, tap the “i” icon in the upper-right corner.

Your Friendly ID is displayed under Serial Number and begins with “NF.”

Good to Know

  • NIKKI does not have GPS or location tracking, so a lost device cannot be remotely located.
  • A lost NIKKI cannot be remotely locked or disabled.
  • NIKKI does not store your personal information on the device.
  • Purchasing a new NIKKI does not automatically transfer your programs. Please contact Customer Service so we can assist with the program transfer process.
