How Do I Find My Friendly ID?

Modified on Mon, 24 Aug at 1:50 PM

Your Friendly ID is a unique identifier for your NIKKI device. It starts with "NF" and is required when contacting support, requesting a replacement, or verifying your account.

Two ways to find your Friendly ID:

 On your device:

  1. From the NIKKI home screen, swipe to Settings.
  2. Tap "About."
  3. Your Friendly ID is displayed and begins with "NF."

In the app:

  1. Open the NIKKI Connect app.
  2. If your device was the last one connected, tap the "i" icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Your Friendly ID is listed under Serial Number and starts with "NF."

When you'll need your Friendly ID:
  • Contacting support about a device issue
  • Requesting a replacement device
  • Verifying ownership for a program transfer
  • Reporting a lost or stolen device
