NIKKI Won't Turn On After Update

Modified on Wed, 12 Aug at 3:38 PM

If your NIKKI won't turn on after an update, the firmware installation may have been interrupted. Here's how to fix it:

  1. Place your NIKKI on the provided charger.
  2. Open the NIKKI Connect app on your phone.
  3. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner and select "Available Devices."
  4. Look for a device listed as DFU (Device Firmware Update).
  5. Tap on the DFU device. The app will prompt you to update and install new firmware.
  6. Once the update completes, tap "Finish."
  7. Your NIKKI should power back on and be discoverable in the app.
