Difference Between Return and Warranty

Return: A return applies when you decide you no longer want your NIKKI device. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase only if the device is unopened and must meet all other conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Once a device has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return.

Warranty: A warranty claim applies when your NIKKI device experiences a defect or malfunction during normal use. Warranty claims are evaluated according to the terms and conditions of our Warranty Policy and may result in troubleshooting, repair, or replacement, as applicable.

Opening your NIKKI does not prevent you from submitting a warranty claim. Return eligibility and warranty coverage are separate and subject to their respective policies.
