Limited Warranty Policy

NIKKI Wellness Technology provides this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of an eligible product, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set out below. This Limited Warranty is intended to provide coverage for qualifying manufacturer defects only. By purchasing and using a NIKKI Wellness Technology product, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Limited Warranty.

1. Warranty Eligibility

This Limited Warranty:

• Applies only to the original purchaser of the product
• Is non-transferable
• Requires valid proof of purchase for any warranty claim

No warranty claim will be processed without satisfactory proof of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

Subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty, NIKKI will, at its sole discretion, replace a product determined by NIKKI to have a valid manufacturer defect.

Replacement products may be:

• New, or
• Refurbished

Any replacement provided under this Limited Warranty will be for the same model, or the closest comparable model if the original model is no longer available.

3. Exclusive Remedy

The sole and exclusive remedy available under this Limited Warranty is product replacement.

Under no circumstances will a refund, credit, or cash reimbursement be issued in connection with a warranty claim, including where a manufacturer defect is confirmed.

4. Exclusions From Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and expressly excludes, any damage, defect, failure, or loss resulting from or related to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use, misuse, or abuse
• Accidents
• Neglect
• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
• Exposure to water in conditions not compliant with NIKKI’s water resistance guidelines
• Loss or theft of the product
• Battery performance reduction or degradation resulting from ordinary use over time

For greater certainty, this Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not extend to issues caused by external factors, user conduct, or ordinary product aging.

5. Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect and wish to initiate a warranty claim, please contact NIKKI Customer Support.

NIKKI reserves the right to:

• Request additional information or documentation
• Inspect the product
• Determine, in its sole discretion, whether the issue is covered under this Limited Warranty
• Deny claims that do not meet the terms of this Limited Warranty

6. Limitation of Warranty

Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NIKKI disclaims all other warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NIKKI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or performance of the product.
