Lyme Daily Wellness Program

Modified on Mon, 17 Aug at 12:20 PM

The Lyme Daily Wellness Program is designed as a daily-use program to support overall wellness, balance, and the body’s natural processes.

The program follows a gradual 30-day progression, with the run time increasing over the course of the cycle. This progressive approach makes it easy to incorporate NIKKI into your daily wellness routine while gradually working toward the full program duration.

How Lyme Daily works:

The program starts with shorter session times and increases by 1 minute per day:

  • Day 1: 1 min Detox + 1 min Lyme Complete + 60 min Stress & Anxiety
  • Day 2: 2 min Detox + 2 min Lyme Complete + 60 min Stress & Anxiety
  • Day 3: 3 min Detox + 3 min Lyme Complete + 60 min Stress & Anxiety

Sessions continue increasing by 1 minute per day until reaching 30 minutes of Detox and 30 minutes of Lyme Complete. This gradual buildup helps your body adjust at a comfortable pace.

How to use: Select Lyme Daily on your NIKKI and run it daily. The program advances automatically based on usage (not calendar days). After completing the 30-day buildup cycle, select another program from the Lyme Wellness Program to address your dominant symptoms or co-infections.

Run time: 2 hours (once full duration is reached)
