Wave 1 Lyme Progression Program

Modified on Mon, 14 Sep at 2:32 PM

30-day Slow Progression Lyme Program designed for a gradual, structured approach. Unlike traditional daily progressions, advancement is based on usage rather than calendar days.

How it works:
The program starts with shorter session times and increases intensity by 1 minute per day:
  • Day 1: 1 min Detox + 1 min Lyme Complete + 60 min Stress & Anxiety
  • Day 2: 2 min Detox + 2 min Lyme Complete + 60 min Stress & Anxiety
  • Day 3: 3 min Detox + 3 min Lyme Complete + 60 min Stress & Anxiety

Sessions continue increasing by 1 minute per day until reaching 30 minutes of Detox and 30 minutes of Lyme Complete.
