If your NIKKI isn't charging, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check the strap position: Make sure the strap is properly positioned and not obstructing the connection between the charger and device. Flip the strap inside out if needed.
- Clean the surfaces: Use a cotton swab with a touch of rubbing alcohol to clean the back of your NIKKI and the charger. Sweat and residue can interfere with charging.
- Try a different power source: Plug into a wall outlet rather than a computer USB port.
- Check alignment: Ensure the charging pins on the charger align properly with the contacts on the back of the NIKKI.
