The Vagus Nerve program is designed to be used primarily in the evening or at night, when the body is naturally shifting into recovery and parasympathetic mode.
Recommended Timing
- Before bed: Some people wear it in the hours leading up to bedtime to help wind down.
- Overnight: Others prefer to wear it while sleeping for continuous support during rest.
The goal is to support deep rest and nervous system balance. Choose whichever timing feels most comfortable and natural for your routine.
