How to create a playlist

Before You Begin


Please ensure the following before starting:


Your mobile device is updated to the latest version of iOS

The NIKKI Connect App is updated to version 2.0.0

Your NIKKI device is connected to the charger throughout the process

Bluetooth is enabled on both your mobile device and your NIKKI device

Remain inside the NIKKI Connect App during setup


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the NIKKI Connect App

Launch the NIKKI Connect App on your mobile device.


2. Connect Your NIKKI Device

Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner

Select Available Devices

The app will begin searching for nearby devices

Tap your NIKKI device when it appears


3. Allow Wellness Programs to Re-Download

Your Wellness Programs will automatically begin re-downloading.


Important: Make sure all Wellness Programs are fully installed before moving to the next step.


4. Open Frequency Management

Tap the three dots again

Select Activate / Manage Frequencies

A new window will open.


5. Create a New Playlist

Scroll down to the Playlist section

Tap Add New Playlist

Enter a name for your playlist

Playlist names have a 16-character limit


Tap Update

Your new playlist has now been created successfully.


Add Wellness Programs to your Playlist

You can now add your choice of Wellness Programs to your new playlist.


In the Frequency Management window, scroll down to view all the Wellness Programs you currently have access to.


A plus (+) sign will appear on the right side of each Wellness Program.


Tap the plus (+) sign next to the Wellness Program you want to add.

Select the playlist you would like to add the program to.

Repeat these steps for any additional Wellness Programs you want to include.


Your selected Wellness Programs will now be added to your playlist.
